The Housing Alliance’s 2025 Legislative Agenda includes priority bills and investments in three areas:
- Build and preserve affordable homes
- Homelessness prevention and response
- Expand access to affordable homeownership
In addition, our members have voted to endorse a robust list of bills and budget items that will expand housing choice, spur new housing production, and protect the stability of Oregon’s renters and homeowners.
