The Advocacy Strategy Framework, Julia Coffman & Tanya Beer
This November 16th and 17th, we are excited to have the opportunity to work with Tanya Beer, Associate Director of the Center for Evaluation Innovation. Tanya brings a broad range of evaluation experience with a particular focus in the areas of systems change and advocacy evaluation. Monday morning, November 16th, Tanya will introduce her advocacy evaluation and planning matrix and help us understand how it is applied. Monday afternoon, she will spend time working with members of the Oregon Asset Building Coalition to identify roles, strategies and tactics for coalition-based policy change work. On Tuesday morning November 17th, members of the Oregon Housing Alliance are invited to a strategy session to help us hone our roles, clarify our relationships, and lay a groundwork for working strategically in 2016 and 2017.
